Kaikainui is Peppers Clearwater Resorts prime meetings facility.
Kaikainui can accommodate up to 240 meetings participants on theatre seating, 72 in classroom mode, 48 as a boardroom configuration, 144 dining and 240 cocktails. An alternative is a U-shaped table arrangement seating 40.
Adjacent to this is a private dining area which can be used either for that purpose (34 seated), for cocktails (50) or for meetings: 30 theatre-style and 15 in classroom format.
Upstairs in the Clubhouse offers other meeting rooms of varying sizes, the largest seating 70 theatre-style, 50 classroom and 40 for dinner, or 80 standing up for cocktails.
Breakout activities on hand: golf, fishing, petanque, tennis.

The resort offers sweeping views across the spring-fed lakes and fairways to the Southern Alps, New Zealands largest mountain range and is only 15 minutes from the CBD.
Accommodation
Among the most popular are the resorts lakeside rooms. Chic, contemporary but cosy, these are bigger than the normal run of hotel rooms, featuring either a super king or two super single beds.
Lakefront suites take this concept a step further. These are one bedroom, two storey suites, featuring decks built out over the water, living rooms/kitchenette and offer stunning views of the lake and 9th green.
Another popular option is the one-bedroom lakeview suites, also offering lakeside views.
All Peppers Clearwater Resort beds are super king which can be split into super singles.
Catering Information
The stunning lakeside Clubhouse has an all-encompassing view of the 18th green. Here, The Lakes Restaurant and private dining facilities showcase the best of New Zealand's natural produce in menus created by Executive Chef, Michael Maguire.
The Lakes Restaurant seats up to 110 people, with 50 inside and 60 outside on a deck built over the lake. The a la carte menu is rapidly gaining a reputation as one of the finest in New Zealand and the extensive wine list features a stunning array of some of the countrys best vintages.
Recreational Facilities
The resort offers meeting delegates 465 acres and great outdoor opportunities for team building activities.
Play the 18-hole golf course, home of the NZ PGA Championship and enjoy the driving range, practice putting greens, all weather tennis courts, extensive walking trails, mountain bikes and on-site fly fishing. A rugby field is also available along with archery.
