Location

Located at Freycinet, on Tasmania's serene east coast, Saffire is nestled on 12 hectares of private land, fringed by forest in a secluded location with vistas across Great Oyster Bay, to the imposing Hazards ranges beyond. Nearby, Wineglass Bay has been internationally recognised as one of the world's top 10 beaches, while the spectacular Freycinet National Park is at Saffire's doorstep.

Accommodation

Designed for a select few, Saffire will cater for a maximum of just 40 guests, accommodated in 20 free-standing luxury suites.

Each suite will offer magnificent ocean views, designer bathrooms, private decks, king size beds, separate lounge areas and state of the art audio, visual and communications technology.

Catering Information

The region has a rich food heritage, reaching back hundreds of generations where produce can be gathered direct from the source, including crayfish, abalone, scallops, beef and blue-eyed trevalla.

Each meal at Saffire is as fresh as the morning's catch or harvest. From breakfast into the late evening, food innovation in the kitchen does not compromise the true flavours of home-grown produce.
